Welding machine OSA-PA automatic welding - MIG/MAG

OSA-PA equipment is designed for automatic welding of tubes in tube plates with a full wire in active and inert gases atmosphere.
Traditional welding equipment of tube plates welds with a tungsten electrode in the argon atmosphere ( tungsten-arc inert-gas welding - TIG) with a filler metal wire feed. This technology supposes an ideal preparation of edges and detail assembly that is not always achievable or not irrational in actual conditions of production.
OSA-PA equipment makes use of consumable-electrode welding (MIG/MAG) with a 0.8-1.2 mm diameter wire in CO₂ or in the mixture of Ar and CO₂. It allows softening requirements to detail assembly and achieve high efficiency of the welding.

Functional capabilities
